Geniel Summers, A.C.E.
A graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelors of Science and Masters degree in Communicative Disorders, Emphasis area in speech and language pathology and a minor in psychology. She has rendered speech / language pathology services for Arizona School District, Los Angeles City Unified School District and Primary Children’s’ Medical Center. She has also served as director of the Weber Training Center for the Handicapped (WTCH) Developmental Preschool.
For the last twenty years, Geniel has been a land aerobics group instructor, Instructor trainer, consultant and personal trainer. She is presently American Council on Exercise Certified working here at Wasatch Therapy & Fitness. Geniel enjoys being outdoors – hiking, running, strength training but most of all spending time with her family. |

Chantel Gerfen, I.S.S.A., R.Y.T.
Chantel earned her personal fitness trainer certification in March of 2005 through ISSA International Sports Science Association. She has also completed the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program and is a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Chantel loves helping clients live a healthier lifestyle and teaching them to love exercise in a new way.
Chantel is married to a wonderful husband, Brett, and together they have two children. They love spending time together in the outdoors snowboarding, hiking and just ‘Hanging out’. She also loves biking and running and just completed her first marathon. |

Claudette Halverson, S.A.F.A.X.
Claudette is a nationally certified yoga and pilates instructor as well as a certified personal trainer. She attended Weber State University, College of Eastern Utah and Utah Valley State College. She enjoys teaching, and loves helping others and seeing a change and improvement in their lives.
Claudette was born and raised in Ogden, she has been married to her wonderful husband for 25 years and together they have four children from ages twenty-one down to age nine. She also loves recreational activities such as riding horses and roasting marshmallows by the campfire. |

Nikki Wilson
Nikki is the Pilates instructor on Monday and Wednesday nights. She received her AFAA Group Exercise Instructor Certification in 2004, and has been teaching ever since. She also has a Certification from PiYo. She has taught numerous classes including Pilates, PiYo, Step, Water Aerobics, Dance Aerobics, and Sculpt.
Nikki is a graduate of Weber State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Teaching, Health Teaching, and a minor in Spanish. She has a Secondary Education Teaching Licence, but enjoys her current job at a law office.
Nikki resides in Ogden with her husband, Mike, and cute little dog, Gabi.
They enjoy traveling, church, entertaining, movies, spending time with friends, cooking, and being outdoors. |

Emily Davies
Emily is a group exercise certified aerobic instructor with AFAA, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She has taught group exercise classes for Seniors, Body Sculpting and is also a certified Turbo Kick Instructor.
Emily Graduated with her BS from Weber State University. While attending college she was on two athletic scholarships, for Tennis and Ski Team.
Emily was born and raised on a family farm in Corinne, Utah and loves everything outdoors. Emily’s favorite activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, tennis, skiing and camping. She now resides in Ogden with her husband, Ryan and their shar-pei puppy, Rudy.
Emily loves helping people reach their fitness goals, teaching wellness, inspiring others and making people laugh. |
